Ceiling Fan with Remote 52 inch 5 Dual Blades

6 fan speeds, bright light. works great so far. My issue with the installation and corresponding instructions. .E.g., should have had you loosen cover screws before mounting it, as too little space between cover and screw to get screwdriver in to loosen it after the fact! (May they only did it with longer stem added?). Additionally with the extra cabling for longer stem, very difficult if not impossible to get cover up because of the unused bulk of cabling. Guess I'll have to cut out good section and splice the wiring to enable fitting it up! Could have added connectors for the wiring harness so could easily shorten or lengthen depending on whether use extra down rod or not.

Like the look and the color. Instructions are not great. Not a lot of details to help ease the process, but I finally got it done with a lot of trials and error s. The fan runs smooth and quiet, and the color matches with our floor.

If you are looking for a big name brand, high end, fashionable fan this is not your fan. This is a very nice looking fan for people who are on a budget. The install was typical of these new DC motor fans with remotes - AC hooks into the remote unit which slides into the ceiling mount and then you plug the wires from the unit into the remote and the light plugs into the fan. They have made the install of these extremely simple so any DIYer can install this fan. It's a little on the smaller side at 52" however that's not always a bad thing. I have a room that's 10'x11' (which is like a closet) and cant handle a large fan - it would be obscene - so this is a great size for that room. The fan looks nice, again, and perfect for someone on a budget who wants a nice fan but cant afford the $300 version.

Ordered 52” Wood Ceiling Fan with Lights First off, this fan literally blows the papers off the desk. It moves a great amount of air and its one you can surely feel the breeze all around the room. I installed this in an office, where the air conditioning doesn't work all that great and the current fan that was probably installed in the 90’s just was insufficient for the room. This fan is very well made and probably better than any other fan I have mounted in the past. It was very straightforward on how to install and just skimmed the manual to ensure I was assembling it without making any errors. The receiver was unique compared to any other receiver I mounted in the fan, where it had connectors allowing you to wire the fan without having the receiver in the way. I love that design and wish more manufacturers would adapt this to their practice. This is also the first fan I ever installed the blades inside the fan, different design and layout from the typical arm fans I have built and installed. It was one of the quicker fans I assembled and I liked that part of the assembly. The remote is a bit quirky with the color of the lights. First off its great that you can adjust the color of the lights, however I wish there was just a switch on the LED light panel itself so that way it didn’t change the color of the lights so easily. As long as one just turns the lights on and off, it will not switch colors, however it is too easy to change the colors if not carefully hitting the off button when leaving the room or when company comes over. I do however like that the remote comes with 6 different speeds, allowing anything from a gentle breeze to “cool me down superfast mode”. All in all, this is an excellent fan with many controls on the remote and the fan puts out a great amount of breeze and the light literally lights the office completely. This is a great option for someone looking to get a fully featured DC fan that puts out a decent airflow, LED lights, included remote control, and sleep timer all for a very reasonable price.
